Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or playing Jimothy Crossing ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. The game is free
The game is provided at no cost. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no virtual currency that can be bought with money, and no cryptocurrency or token of any kind. Any in-game currency ("snacks") is earned by playing, has no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
4. What you may not do
- redistribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the game or its assets;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;
- use it in a way that breaks applicable law, or interfere with other players' enjoyment of it.
5. Your data and your progress
The game collects nothing. Progress is stored only on your device — see the Privacy Policy. Because we hold no copy, we cannot restore your progress if you uninstall the game, reset it, change device, or lose the device.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its name, artwork, characters, audio and code are owned by PixiStudio or its licensors, except for third-party assets used under their own licences. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the game, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, compatible with every device, or free of interruption.
8. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixiStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Distribution platforms
Where you obtained the game through a store — such as the Solana dApp Store or Google Play — that store's own terms also apply to your download and installation. These terms are between you and PixiStudio, not with the store operator, who is not responsible for the game.
11. Children
The game is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone. If you are a minor, please check with a parent or guardian before installing apps.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and the current version always lives at this address.
