Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or playing Jimothy Crossing ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. The game is free
The game is provided at no cost. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, no virtual currency that can be bought with money, and no cryptocurrency or token of any kind. In-game snacks are earned by playing, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
4. What you may not do
- redistribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the game or its assets;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;
- submit scores you did not achieve by playing — including by modifying the game, intercepting or forging network requests, or automating play;
- choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone's rights;
- use it in a way that breaks applicable law, or interfere with other players' enjoyment of it.
5. Wallet sign-in (Solana dApp Store version)
Connecting a Solana wallet is optional and the whole game is playable without it. It exists only to identify you on the leaderboard.
Signing in means signing a short text message to prove you control the wallet. The game never requests a transaction, never has access to your private keys or seed phrase, and cannot move funds. Your wallet and any assets in it remain entirely your responsibility, and your wallet provider's own terms apply to it, not ours.
6. The leaderboard
The leaderboard is public. If you connect a wallet, your display name — or a shortened form of your wallet address if you have not set one — and your best distance are visible to anyone.
We may remove entries, reset scores, or refuse a display name where we reasonably believe §4 has been broken. We do not guarantee the leaderboard will always be available, accurate, or preserved: it is a scoreboard for a free game, not a record of anything of value.
You can delete your profile and all your scores at any time from Settings → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Your data and your progress
Local progress is stored only on your device. Because we hold no copy of it, we cannot restore it if you uninstall the game, reset it, change device, or lose the device. Leaderboard data is tied to your wallet address, not to the device.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its name, artwork, characters, audio and code are owned by PixiStudio or its licensors, except for third-party assets used under their own licences. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the game, the leaderboard, or any part of them at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee the game will always be available, compatible with every device, or free of interruption.
10. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixiStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress, lost scores or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Distribution platforms
Where you obtained the game through a store — such as the Solana dApp Store or Google Play — that store's own terms also apply to your download and installation. These terms are between you and PixiStudio, not with the store operator, who is not responsible for the game.
13. Children
The game is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, please check with a parent or guardian before installing apps or connecting a wallet.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and the current version always lives at this address.
